India is know for its rich cultural and spiritual heritage. Chardham is one of the holiest & popular pilgrimage tour of India. As the name defines itself, Chardham is originated from two Hindi words (Char + Dham), where Char means Four and Dham stands for sacred spots. Chardham is journey of these four pilgrimages collectively referred as Chardham Yatra of Shri Badrinath, Shri Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamnotri. It is believed that journey of Char Dham will not just wash away onces sins but ensure to release from the cycle of birth and death. Chardham is the place where yogies and great solitaries stays for a long decades.

Chardham Yatra is generally start from Uttrakhand. This trip is in the lap of Himalayas. Peoples likes this pleasant journey of nested Himalayas. Chardham Yatra is started in the month of April-May and closed in season of winter i.e November. Peoples love to face challenges of journey and soul stiring holly sites seens. According to Hindu philosopher Shankaracharya, Chardham means four god in four directions i.e; in North its Badrinath, in South its Rameshwaram, Puri in east and Dwarka in west.

Shri Badrinath Dham:

Badrinath dham is dedicated to Lord Vishnu built by Adi Shankar in 9th Century. Surrounded by the two mountain ranges Nar and Narayan. The temple is beautifully built in the shape of cone at a height of 5 metre. It is around 10,248 feet high at sea level.

Shri Kedarnath Dham:

It is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Its is 3585 mt high at sea level located at the slope of Himalayas near the river Mandakani. The Gaurikund, Gandhi Sarover, Visuki Tai and many other things are located near Kedarnath which makes this dham more pleasant. It is constructed by Shankaracharya by elevated snow covered peak.

Shri Gangotri Temple:

The Gangotri temple is 3140 metre high from the sea level. It is assumed that the river Ganga starts flowing first time from river Gangrotri. The Shivling, Badirathi sisters, and Satopath are surrounded by this temple.
