Charleston Accountant Easy To Work With - Quickbooks, Try Us

http://www.sc-accounting.com - Hi, My name is Larry Wright and I am the Managing Partner at ROSS WRIGHT CHASON

. We are a professional Charleston accountant and consulting company with offices also in Hilton Head, S.C.

As a long-practicing Charleston accountant we have been providing affordable Accounting, Financial Management, Tax Planning & Preparation, and Business Intelligence services to small and mid-sized business owners and not-for-profit organizations throughout the entire Low country since 2005.

One question many people ask is

What is your process for engagement?

As a Charleston accountant our initial Consultation is FREE.

It is for one hour, during which we attempt to identify your needs and match them with the services we offer. While we discourage discussions around costs at this point, we understand that this may be a concern, so we address it on an individual basis. Pricing options depend on your needs and the extent of the engagement. They include hourly charges for time and expenses, project pricing retainer.

For a professional Charleston accountant the process is as follows:

Project Definition.

Here, we agree on what the end product is. Once this is clear, we then step out the process needed to achieve it. Attached to each step would be an estimate of time and materials needed to complete it, as well as its estimated cost.

As a Charleston accountant, at designated intervals, reviews will be conducted with the client to ensure that we are proceeding as agreed and are on track with our estimates.

Agreement Signed.

Both the Charleston accountant and the client enter into a formal commitment for the services defined and agreed upon. Depending on the type of engagement, a good faith deposit may be required at this signing.

Project Implementation.

The Charleston accountant then begins the work and, at the review points agreed upon during Project Definition, the client reviews the progress made thus far. Usually, this review point will include a progress payment, signifying approval. It is also at these points where revisions to the initial definition may be made if during the course of implementation, we find conditions other than those expected.

Project Closeout.

Documentation of these services is made by the Charleston accountant. It is then reviewed and signed off on by both parties and becomes the property of the client. At the same time final payment is made.

If continued services are required of the Charleston accountant, a new project is opened, and the steps above are reiterated.
