In the past, dummies have to be designed. These dummies not only have cost implications, they also consume a lot of time to perfect. Nowadays, everything could be done through your computers. Any desktop publishing software can help design layouts at half the time it takes to create a dummy. You can then review these online or if you want a hard copy proof, just to check the colors, your poster printing company can do this for you for a small fee.

There is no doubt that the internet has greatly altered the way poster printing is done today. Efficiency and convenience are the buzz words in any print job. In this sense, almost anyone anywhere can now transact business online, place orders, edit layouts, approve proofs and by the time you get home, your poster printings are waiting at your company's delivery dock.

The advent of the internet and the advances in printing technology has tremendously altered the landscape of printing posters. Put simply, it means more savings both for the company and the client.
