period of their life and basically it depends on an educational establishment. It is not a surprise if a college or university offers students various kinds of activities. Young people may choose any kind of extracurricular activity they want. The majority of students choose sport activities and their various types. Some want to play hockey, others are eager to participate in football competitions. But every member of any sport team want to be supported, and girls from cheerleading organization provide them with this active support. A Team for Cheering Up Cheerleaders are groups of girls who cheer up sport teams of their college/university with a help of slogans and inflammatory dances. They use various elements of acrobatics, dance, and different jumps to make their show a real impressive performance. Cheerleading is very popular among American students. Types of Cheerleading 1. School-sponsored cheerleading is usually organized by a school or a college. The members of school-sponsored cheerleading are only students and pupils. Very often a school or a college provides members of cheerleading teams with scholarships. Very often school-sponsored cheerleaders participate in different competitions. 2. Middle school cheerleading is a cheerleading for pupils who go at the middle school. It is the easiest and the less traumatic step in cheerleading. 3. High school cheerleading is for older pupils of high school. The shunts are more difficult than at middle school, and the requirements are exacting. 4. College cheerleading. Almost every college and university has its own team of cheerleaders. Both men and women may be members of a cheerleading team. 5. Youth athletic association. There are many youth sport teams, and, consequently, youth sport team administrations sponsor cheerleader teams. 6. All-Star cheerleading is not connected with any school, college, or university. It is an independent professional kind of sport.
