Our first impression eating at Chilis the other night was a good one. There wasn't a wait and the host staff seated us quickly. We also asked for a booth in the back and they took care of that for us. At first Glance the Chilis Menu was just what we were looking for. We ordered up toMargaritas and the awesome Fire Grilled Corn Guacamole. I'm not a guacamole expert but this Chilis Appetizer is Perfect.
The dish comes with freshAvocados, Cilantro, Chilis House Made Pico de Gallo, Fired Grilled Corn with Sweet & SpicyJalapeos.We absolutely loved it. It was just the right size and set us up nicely for the main course. By this time we ordered our second round of margaritas too. We've tried the "Wings Over Buffalo" before and it'susuallyone we always order but the guacamole was new on the Chilis Menu so we had to give it a try.
SO when it came time to dig in to the main course I went for the sweet baby back ribs, you know the dishalwayson the commercials and has that song that sticks in your head. The ribs areabsolutelyfabulous I and highly recommend them to anyone. You can't go wrong witht e ribs from Chilis. My wife had the Grilled Ribeye and she can't rave enough about it. Slow cooked toperfectionwere her exact words. She ordered the dish and it came out perfect. If you're a steak love looking for a good Ribeye she highly recommends the ordering the Ribeye from the Chilis Menu. My ribs were perfect as well. They were cooked so well they practically feel off the bone when eating. Of course they were messy but what rack of ribs aren't?
Throughout our meal at Chilis the wait staff wascourteous andfor the most part a pleasurableexperience. It did get kind of loud with all the young kids sitting near us but the food made up for it. If you're looking to sit down with a nice rack of baby back ribs or slow cooked grilled ribeye then Chilis is the place to be. As they say, "Pepper On Some Fun"
