Chinese Medicine And Homeopathic Remedies
For more than 5,000 years, Chinese medicine has been leading the way in homeopathic remedies
, blending state-of-the-art science with manufacturing processes and nature. Using the collective wisdom of Chinese health disciplines, and Oriental medicine in particular, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has refined the use of herbs and plants for treating disease.
During this process many theories, methodologies and systems have been documented under the category of homeopathic remedies.
Chinese medicine was actually the first form of homeopathy, a complete medical system capable of treating disease in all its forms with a traditional view placing great importance on preventing disease before it occurs. Oriental medicine has accumulated a wealth of experience about different herbs. Experience teaches us that some herbs have proven to be beneficial to different parts of the body including micro systems.
Homeopathic remedies might include a preparation which causes certain symptoms in healthy individuals when given as the treatment for patients exhibiting similar symptoms. Homeopathic remedies are prepared by serial dilution with shaking by forceful striking, which homeopaths term succussion, a process for "potentization." Dilution often continues until none of the original substance is left.
It all starts with the purest natural ingredients that technology is capable of extracting, and combines the most healthful herbal components. As an example, the use of nano-microencapsulation technology, when applied to plant extraction, can greatly increase the bioavailability of active ingredients and reduce the amount of ingredients used (i.e. less unwanted side effects from using less dosage).
Specific ingredients are prepared using different approaches. Some techniques applied to the herbs are proprietary ways to extract small molecular compounds and herbal macromolecules.
The best known method of plant extraction is by using water, ethanol, other organic solvents, or supercritical CO2 extraction methods. One drawback for using this method is that only the small molecular compounds are being extracted.
Years of study and research show that some plant's macromolecules are actually the effective components. Through traditional extraction methods, these macromolecules are being discarded as byproducts or wastes. But there are some companies who have developed a proprietary way of extraction that extracts both the small molecular compounds and specific macromolecules in the herbs.
Once you decide to start living better with diet and exercise, remember that your body won't change overnight. Results may take some time. The same is true when you add any herbal supplement to your regular health regime.
