Cholesterol: The #1 Health Issue?
Cholesterol: The #1 Health Issue?
Cholesterol: The #1 Health Issue?
I have to be honest with you, I NEVER thought there were so many concerned with Cholesterol as being the most prevalent health issue.
But after the preliminary results of our poll are in, it ranks #1 over all these others.
We still need folks who haven't voted yet to weigh in on their highest priority health concern they would like the "natural cure" for, before we wrap up our poll results.
If Cholesterol isn't your main health concern issue, vote and tell us what is HERE
I'm aware that we are being "bombarded" by the makers of Lipitor and other drug companies that say we must have "in addition to diet and exercise," these other drugs to help attain safe levels, but that's not really true.
The "RIGHT" diet and exercise WILL get your cholesterol levels down to a safe area.
What is Cholesterol?
Cholesterol is a waxy substance that's found in the fats in your blood. (They're called lipids.) Your body does need cholesterol to continue building healthy cells, but having high cholesterol can increase your risk of heart disease and all the related problems.
When your cholesterol is too high, you can develop fatty deposits in your blood vessels. When that happens, these deposits can restrict blood flow through your arteries. Your heart can't get as much oxygen-rich blood as it needs and this increases the risk of a heart attack. When blood flow to your brain is decreased, it can cause a stroke.
High cholesterol or what they call (hypercholesterolemia) can be inherited, but even though that may be true, it's still preventable and treatable.
A healthy diet andregular exercise can go a long way toward reducing high cholesterol.
Let's get the right balance in your LDL and HDL cholesterol levels.
Here are the cholesterol treatment steps you can take to get your cholesterol in the proper balance:
Do a liver cleanse
Exercise, exercise, exercise (It works)
Reduce spikes in your blood sugar level with a proper diet and eating smaller meals regularly.
Eat foods that lower cholesterol and avoid foods that increase cholesterol
Liver Cleanse
Doing a liver cleanse is an important part of a natural cholesterol treatment plan. Your liver already creates 3 to 8 times the cholesterol that a normal diet contains. Even if you cut your cholesterol intake off completely, you'd still be getting 75% to 95% of the cholesterol you get today.
Doing a liver cleanse will make your liver more efficient at performing all its functions, including making cholesterol. Cleansing your liver is one of the best things you can do to regain your cholesterol balance. By just doing one liver cleanse, you may be able to lower your LDL cholesterol by 10 mg/dL (not to mention what you'll be able to accomplish with all of the other steps).
By lowering your LDL cholesterol, a liver cleanse helps you achieve one of the goals in your cholesterol treatment.
Diet Exercise and BEAT that Cholesterol!
If you need to do a Liver Cleanse OR if you've NEVER done one before, I recommend you get the ingredients HERE and do one.
