We do not recommend paying for extra guarantee as 9 out of 10 times the cost of your warranty is included in the home build bid price.

The newest and greatest products are not always the best to implement into your home and is best to steer clear of these products. Many no name or less know brands are in many cases as good or better as brand name technology and can save you big money. The key to using less known brands is to find a company that has used them before and knows how well they work and perform.
