Christian Drug Rehab: A Blessing in Disguise

At first glance, one might think that "Christian Drug Rehab" is an oxymoron or contradiction of terms. Religion and drugs are not generally considered to be compatible with one another. But therein lies the rub. Is it possible that those in need of treatment for drug and alcohol problems do not seek help because of their religious beliefs but yet need religious beliefs to help them overcome addictions? Certainly based on a sin-guilt-punishment view of drug addiction this may be true, but therein lies the beauty of Christian-based Drug Rehab.
