ACTE: Can you give us a brief overview of what you'll speak about at the ACTE Annual
Convention in November? christian louboutin JH: My talk is going to be about the power of potential and the importance of higher education and learning. I always go back to my story, how I picked up a trade through an unfortunate situation in my life. And once I realized the potential that I had, it allowed me to value education more and embrace it and allowed me to become a successful chef. Christian Louboutin Pumps ACTE: You also speak to young people in culinary schools or in culinary student groups. What sort of message do you impart to them? Christian Shoes on sale JH: I travel the country motivating and inspiring young people in culinary schools. My core message to young people is that life is about choices. That education is the key to building wealth, the key to success, the key to putting away for your retirement and the American dream. I talk about the importance of coming to work on time, coming to school on time, being focused and sacrificing to achieve one's educational dreams. Christian Sandals sale ACTE: What kind of training do you think is most beneficial for future chefs? JH: There are so many different schools out there for chefs. I like the technical schools, the trade schools. In the trade schools you have a lot of the instructors who come from the environment in the community that a lot of young people come from. So it becomes a community that fosters change, that fosters building self-esteem and I find that in a lot of the local culinary schools.
