These ministers are also teachers. You probably know this through their sermons. They stand before multitudes and spread the gospel expounding and explaining the truth as stated in the holy book.

They are also leaders and coordinators. They lead the congregation into worship and prayer and they co-ordinate all the other church staff to ensure that there is order and harmony in the house of God.

Church ministers are also composers. This quality is confirmed when they compose songs to be sung by the choir and the masses.

These are just a few of the roles that these individuals are required to play by the society. True, being a church minister is not a piece of cake. It requires a lot of devotion for one to succeed. That said; these ministers do not need to struggle unnecessarily just to be able to handle all their duties and responsibilities. Provided they use the correct tools they can be able to simplify their jobs to a very high standard. The tools that I am referring to in this case are software appointment schedulers.
