City Of Poway, Ca Selects Northstar Utilities Solutions For Its Customer Information System

The City of Poway provides water, wastewater, and non-potable recycled water services for 14,000 its residential, commercial, and landscape utility accounts, covering an area of approximately 39 square miles located in San Diego County.
