Place eyeglass cleaning cloths in the washing machine along with other items of similar weight and color. Set the water temperature to warm and add the appropriate amount of gentle laundry detergent to the washing machine. Start the wash cycle and allow it to progress through the entire cycle.

Step 2Fill the washing machine's detergent receptacle with the amount of detergent recommended according to the manufacturer's instructions. Engage the start button on your washing machine to start the cycle.

Step 3Remove the cloths from the washing machine once the cycle has finished.

Step 4Dry the cloths through hang drying or using a medium heat cycle on your dryer. If hang drying, separate the cloths so they are flat and completely unfolded--hang on a clothesline or another area where they can dry in an unfolded position.

Step 5

Fold the cleaning cloths and put them away.
