Here are some steps described that will help you to create a clipping path to knock out any object from your image:

Open the Image Editing Software- Adobe Photoshop

* Open layer, path windows:

Check if Layer window, path window are open.

If not, Open this windows from Window Menu bar.

Layer, channel, Path windows need to be open.

* Open the Image:

Select layer window.

A Background layer will be created.

* Create a new path:

Go to path window and click on the Create a new path Button.

A new path will be created.

By default, the name of the path is- path1.

You can rename it as you want.

* Rename the path:

Double click on the Path1 layer. Rename option will be activated.

Type the name you want to give.

* Zoom the image:

To get a fine result, it is a good practice to Zoom in the image and then start working.

* Create a close Path:

Select the Pen tool from Tool bar

Click on the object's edge you are going to cut out and click the mouse with Pen tool selected.

Let's say- You want to isolate this toy from this White background.

Click on the edge of this toy with mouse.

A dot will be created. This is called 'Anchor point'.

Leave the mouse and place it on another edge of the toy at a little distance and without leaving the mouse drag it toward the image object.

After dragging, a Hand will be created.

Two Anchor point will be created connecting with a path between them.

If we need to outline the image, here we need to turn left to create the path.

Press ALT key, and pressing the ALT Key select the corner of the hand.

You will see an arrow sign; move it left where you want to turn it.

Again place it at a distance and drag, Press ALT when you need to turn the hand.

Keep going on and repeat process.

repeat process until you are back to the edge where you started and close the path.

Full path is Done!!
