I have fresh knowledge in cognos 8 BI

I have fresh knowledge in cognos 8 BI . I am resident of UK. All the jobs advt are asking experienced person. How can i gain that. Or how can i come out from that problem. Is there any place to get work experience in cognos 8BI. If any one knows about it please let me know.

Also i have more than 10 yrs of IT industry experience. i wish to gain the Business Intelligence experience. Is there any junior level cognos posts available to learn.

Is anybody knows about work trial jobs at cognos orgaining experience without pay please let me know then it will be helpful for my carrier.
