Cold Fire Is Amazing

Cold Fire was recently featured on Pitchmen, the hit Discovery Channel show about inventors and bringing infomercial products to market

. I love that type of thing and really love to laugh at infomercial products, but this one was different from anything that I had ever seen before.

Now there was some pre-show buzz about how great the product on the premiere episode would do as an infomercial product so I was expecting something pretty cool. But, I didn't expect to see a product like Cold Fire. For the first time ever I could not see a single drawback to the product. In my eyes it was perfect.

I'm sure several of you have no idea about this product so let me explain what it is. It is simply an extinguisher in a can containing a non toxic liquid fire retardant that not only extinguishes fires, but helps control the damage by reducing the ability for the fire to spread. To prove the point, and no doubt the Pitchmen ratings, the inventor shows us how his own arm won't even burn when he hold a blow torch to it after he sprays some cold fire on. It was really amazing to say the least.

I really want to know what the secret ingredients are but they are very secretive about the its formula. One of the most interesting features of Cold Fire is the fact that after the fire is extinguished the area that was burned is dramatically cooled by the liquid. You can touch it without getting burned.

The technology behind this stuff makes it terrific but the way it is now sold makes it a must to have. It comes in a tiny spray can which is completely portable and can fit almost anywhere. This can fits in drawers, cabinets, back packs and glove compartments so being prepared is simple. But when the Pitchmen crew presented it to fire fighters for testing, they were concerned that such a little can could not put out a real fire.

Each fireman had their doubts about such a small extinguisher's ability to put out a fire but as they tested it they were more and more impressed. The Cold Fire easily put out a small grease fire, extinguished a burning chair and stopped a burning Christmas Tree in its tracks. By the end of the demonstration, each firefighter gave the Fire Extinguisher raving reviews. This was not a set up either because no fire department would endorse a fire retardant that might be dangerous. Fireman are usually big proponents of fire prevention and recommending that we keep one of these on hand in case of fire wouldn't be tolerated unless they truly believed it worked.

I have to admit that even I was a little surprised that the Firemen didn't have any negative comments about any features of the Cold Fire Extinguisher after their demo. I expected a little tweaking to be needed before this was released to the public.

Pitchmen is entertaining and a lot of fun but this time they have a true winner on their hands. The product is already on the commercial market but the inventor didn't know how to get it into the retail market. With his idea to try and get on Pitchmen will turn out to be the thing that makes cold fire a household name. I think this thing really will be in every house in America.
