Colon Cleanse 3000 Is A Scam
Having heard all the hoopla surrounding colon cleanse in recent months
, I found myself become increasingly intrigued. I have been trying to lose weight and generally improve my health since I was 25 and so far, nothing has been very effective.
So I decided to give colon cleansing a shot as I thought it can kill two birds with one stone: helping me drop a few pounds while riding my body of the harmful toxins. I really didn't so much investigating into which one to go with, which in hindsight was probably the first mistake.
I decided to go with a colon cleansing product called Colon Cleanse 3000, a product that, from what I had read, is considered "the top colon cleansing product on the market." To be honest, I couldn't tell you how effective the product is because I abandoned using the product shortly accepting the so called "free trial."
The reason for abandoning this product is simple. After receiving my free trial, which required me to enter my credit card information into the website in order to receive the free trial, I opened up my credit card bill to see that $184.98 had been charged to my Visa. Two weeks later, another random charge, this time for $189.78, had been thrown onto my credit card, both of which coming from the supposed free trial with Colon Cleanse 3000.
After raging out on my undeserving husband for a night, I called Visa and reported the fraudulent charges on my card. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do as I willingly entered my credit card number into the website. So I decided to call Colon Cleanse 3000 to get this settled and of course the website didn't have a number for me to call. There was, however, a customer service email tucked into the very corner of the website, with incredibly small print might I add, so I sent the company the nastiest complaint I have ever delivered.
Would you believe that I never got a response? Of course you would, because as I am sure you know and as I have recently learned, any website selling a product that does not include a customer service number is surely a scam. Unfortunately for myself, I am not a webmaster by any means and scam websites such as this prey of nave, innocent people such as myself.
From what I've heard, colon cleansing really is a great detox method. Unfortunately ny experience was ruined and my credit card was compromised. After experiencing this terrible misfortune, I did some research on colon cleanse scams and came across a great website called
detox.org, which covers colon cleansing scams such as the one I fell victim to in detail. If you are at all interested in colon cleansing, I suggest you refer to this site before you wind up paying almost $400 to a bunch of internet scam artists.
