This has been coded for the cryptogram, but it actually says, "To be the best you have to beat the best." Your guests will just have to solve the code.

To play the cryptogram games each of the party guests should have their own note pad and pencil for the activities. And you, as host, will need to supply the cryptograms. Additionally, the party host can write the cryptograms on an overhead, dry erase board or blackboard.

Furthermore, most hosts will find that giving each guest party favors such as patriotic penciles and note pads will make playing the game much easier. This will encourage them all to play along.
