Another variation to this activity is done wherein you will prepare real infant food without labeling it. Place it in a container and pass this to the participants and have them taste it. The participant who can give the right answer wins. If the food has some flavoring, ask the flavor too to make the guessing game more fun. Another game you can implement is "pop the balloons and name the infant items". What you need is infant items and put the names of the items on a piece of paper. Place these pieces of paper in balloons before they are blown. One paper for one balloon and so make many balloons. Put the actual items on one table for guests to see. What will happen now is that you need to group the guests by three. Then, instruct them to pop the balloon by sitting on them and get the piece of paper, find out what item it is and place it on the actual item. The group who can finish first and answer everything correctly wins the game. Be sure to have at least 5 items to name. One more common game that you can have is guessing the baby's gender. Collect many infant pictures especially those pictures where the infant has no hair yet. Group the people in the party by three. Flash one picture, call a group and if they gave the right answer, they get a point but if they gave the wrong answer, flash another picture and call another group. The group with the highest points wins. Aside from the activities listed above, you can still get more ideas especially if you think that the baby shower games above are not appropriate.
