1. Ball mills lubrication oil should be given out, clear out and change new oil after continuous running one mouth.
2. Every oil sites state and oil height should be checked per 4 hours.
3. The oil temperature of main bearing should be not above 55.
4. The diver bearing and speed reducers temperature should be not above 55 when ball mill is running.
5. Large and small gear smoothly transmit and no abnormal voice.
6. Ball mill should operate smoothly and no strong shock
7. Motor current should no abnormally fluctuate.
8. Steel ball should be added depending on the wear state.
9. Main bearing should be changed when it is heavy wear.
10. Big gears face can turn over and continue use when wearing a lot.
