The symptoms may appear at their own or a combination of all of them. The signs that show that the child is inattentive are: he can be easily distracted, he can forget easily about thing, he easily misses the target, he easily switches between activities. He cannot maintain focus, he becomes bored easily, and he finds it hard to learn and to remember about new things. He may seem distracted when spoken to, and he daydreams. He looks most of the time confused. He processes information with hardship and cannot easily follow information given. Hyperactivity is shown in the child by; never sit still: always on the move, talking nonstop and having trouble in doing the activity that needs concentration. Impulsivity is shown by doing things without thinking, and being impatient.
