. Caution is advised. So far, I've discussed several Compensation Plans. They are, ' The Binary ', where the leg structure of the program must be balanced. ' The Unilevel ', where there are multiple levels underneath a sponsor and ' The Breakaway ', which is very similar to ' The Unilevel ', difference being, one has the opportunity to breakaway and earn an additional bonus. Today, I will be discussing ' The 1UP / 2UP '.

This program is usually put into place when there is a large ticketed item involved. Generally, it is a one time offer which does not happen very often. This system is designed to have you give your first or your first and second sale to your upline along with the commission to that person of whom you are sponsoring. In turn, they sponsor someone else and the process gets repeated.

Most often the commission paid out by the company is substantial and can be a large chunk of that high ticketed item. However, one must be careful as selling that high ticketed item can be a completely different ballgame. It doesn't happen frequently if at all.

On the up swing, one could get lucky and make a very large sale. Experience has shown that that is irregular though. When choosing a Compensation Plan caution is always advised, however, with the proper skill set, success can be achieved. With a little hard work, discipline and the tools to make any business successful, you may reach for the stars and the sky could be the limit.
