I get a Blue Screen every time I connect my Nokia phone.
A friend of mine has no idea about this. His computer freezes whenever he attaches an USB with the sub cable.
I recently had the same problem with my Asus computer and will share my experience to solve the problem.
This is a common problem which can be caused by quite a number of reasons.
However at a generic level, you may follow the suggestions:
1 Try uninstalling the software and see if it helps. Most time, you should refer to a recently installed software. It could be the problem.
2 Fixing the registry is always the best solution to get rid of computer freezes. Installing and uninstalling programs will make your registry a mess, leading to computer errors such like computer freezing and Blue Screen. The faulty drive cause a lot of registry errors and can not be repair by simply removing the software or unplugging an USB. Computer keeps freeze because some deep-seated problems have not been fundamentally resolved. Download Windows registry repair tool and fix errors in the kernel.
3 Did you update Windows XP recently? Sometimes, it is the faulty of Windows itself. Just fix download Windows service pack, it will go well.
4 You should scan virus with an efficient anti-virus. Virus can change computer setting and cause such problem.
