Hello, my name is Graham and I am a software engineer. I have been working with a private company for more than a year now. I love my work and the time I spend on my system in office. I am a kind of perfectionist who feels that everything should be perfect. I really get irked when something stops working properly. You would soon know why I, am saying all this.

Those who haven't started working yet should know that in private organizations, we have a separate e-mail account and we have to check our mails regularly. We also write mails to others and everything is supposed to be done through the office account. So, if your office account stops functioning properly, it could really hamper your work. Unfortunately, the same thing happened in my case. Last Thursday, when I reached office and turned my system on, I took it for granted that I would easily open my account. However, when I tried to access my account, it refused to open up. I tried once, twice, thrice and then several times but the result was the same. I couldn't check my mails. There was too much work and I could not waste time fretting over my problem. In fact, the whole day I was so busy that I just couldn't find time to solve my problem. Even the next day was no different. All this while, I was reading and sending mails using my colleague's account. However, I had already figured out that the problem had been caused by a computer virus and I need to figure the ways to remove it.

Then came the weekend and I set about fixing the issue. We are allowed to open our office account from home and so I managed to fix my problem at my flat itself. I called a tech support company which offers excellent suggestions to its customers in relation to computer virus removal. One of their main jobs is to help their customers Remove Virus from their systems. I was asked to use an antivirus software program. I did the same and in just a few minutes, I could see all my office mails on PC. Thus, my problem was just a small issue of Computer Virus Removal and I managed to resolve it successfully.
