As you can see there are a lot of issues to consider before you make your decision and often it's not your decision it's a family decision, as it can be a huge undertaking for a family to take on the care of an elderly person even with the support of Home Care System organisation. The easy option is sometimes to send the elderly person into a nursing home and this reduces the burden on the family but increases the burden on the state and I think if we are fair and reasonable about it we can't expect the state to take care of all our problems.
