In the same way, the other end of the elbow should be against the T-Fitting making the stand to an upright position and the elbow point is against each other.

The next step is to attach your banner on the remaining PVC pipe. Use a tap to put it in. make sure that the tape will hold the banner in place. Take note you should not use substandard tapes. Ensure that you have a quality tape being used. The last step is to have the remaining pipe inserted to the elbow the same thing should be done on the other side.

Well, I think your Retractable-Banner-Stand is now complete and it is now upright and can stand any type of external factors. One of the things that you have to take note is on cutting the PVC pipes. If you cannot have it cut in the plumbing store, you do the cutting yourself. Make sure that you take precautions of protecting your eyes while preventing your finger to be cut. Set aside your tools after use to avoid any accidents.
