Here are some simple and easy contact lenses cares and cautions you can comfortably adopt in your regular routine:

Wash and dry your hands properly before handling your contact lenses.

Be regular in cleaning your contact lenses. Ideally you must do it every time you take these out from your eyes.

Always rub contact lenses cleaner on your contact lenses very gently, so the surface does not get damaged.

Dont try to use contact lenses more than the recommended period of use. It will keep your eyes safe from infections.

Dont forget to change your contact lenses solution and container within three months or as often as needed. Never over use the same solution or container for longer duration of time.
