One example of such a program is the HOME Investment Partnerships Program in which they assist you not only in housing but also getting proper insurance etc. This program is offered by HUD (Housing and Urban Development).
Age is not the limit for education. This is not only a proverb but true. Even single mothers wish to study and make their life better. So age is not a factor of hindrance for her studies. She is also eligible for a student loan. Good news is that single mothers are also eligible for some federal grants in which she does not need to repay the amount. But this grant could be availed by those who dont have any support from the family members or for them whose family members are not in a position to help her.
