A healthy diet is one in which you intake different types of vitamins and minerals daily in a set proportion extensive cutting or extensive use of such minerals and vitamins would be dangerous for your body. Many people try to cut their food in order to have a healthy diet. Though that is not the case cutting food will not help you in maintaining a healthy diet.

Religion also plays an important role in mentioning the limits on your diet. There are many prohibitions on eating different things in religion. Like in Islam it is prohibited to eat pork. It is considered that any Muslim who will eat pork meat will be out of the religion for 40 days.
There are a number of different diet plans over the internet. Yo0u can get online and choose the best diet plan for you. But that should be according to your cultural norms and food taboos. There are a number of food sources through which you can get a good healthy diet. Extensive use of everything is prohibited. So extensive used of food can be dangerous and on the same hand completely cutting down food can also be dangerous.
Though a diet is highly affected by culture it is said to choose the correct diet that is highly notorious so that you take the correct amount of food daily needed by the body.
