Cooperate With The Universe
The sooner we can accept the truth that the universe is the greatest living and breathing
phenomenon ever created, the easier it is to realize the inter-connectedness and cooperation of everything in nature. The natural order of the Universe requires that we cooperate and interact within this system and never compete against anyone or anything. There are always ample supplies of everything in the Universe and there is never a shortage of supplies of anything and this is the determining factor in manifesting. We live in a giving and receiving system and everything is calculated based on this science. When we first come into this world, we inhale and immediately following, we have to exhale and give it back.
We must learn to cooperate with the laws of the universe and this is the core essence of this brilliant science. Sometimes I find this challenging to perform since, I have always been involved in sales and marketing however, with little more practice and patience, it can be done.
Start every day with appreciation by acknowledging these ten easy Steps below...
1. Express Gratitude: every day: for waking up and having an opportunity to make a difference in your life and the lives of others.
2. Meditate: that is great way to begin and end your day, get ready to center your vibations so the the Magic can happen.
3. Project love to everyone and all creation: just because you can. When you send love to other people, it will automatically come back to you ten fold. This is the Law of reciprocity. Whats comes around goes around. Its not just phyical but you can also send people love with your thoughts.
4. Show compassion and patience for others: Be relaxed with yourself (this is known as 'self-compassion') and keep in mind how far you've already come. When you start to reduce believe in in a cosmic power, (e.g., God, the universe) it is always useful to take observe of how far you've come over the last few years. You will be amazed at how much you've expanded.
5. Surrender your life: let the spirit take over. Infinite wisdom has a strategy that navigates perfectly. Give up your self centered ideas, let go and let the power of the almighty spirit guide you.
6. Release the Ego: The Ego's strategy is self-centered as it is deceptive intelligence thus, Allow Supreme Intelligence to guide you vessel.
7. Connect with Nature: This process is about opening yourself to the bounties of outside and receiving the gifts of the Universe. Aclnowleding the beauty of the tree, flowers and the sky, tuning in to the birds singing or the ocean breeze, take in the scents: the grass and feel the wind. You will notice that, when you are doing any of these things, it's impossible to be unhappy. Thus, it becomes very therapeutic.
8. Practice Being Kind Rather than Being Right: Create Harmony with your self and everyone else.
9. Take a few deep: breathe in and out slowly & tune in to your heartbeat.
10. Repeat the same steps every day
