There are lots of things we can do in order to stay away from stress and fight anxiety

Although we may have the option to run off from the things that currently gives us stress, it does not solve the root of the problem in the long run as we are likely to face new stressful situations in the future. Thus, it is important to be able to engage in different activities that would allow us to prepare ourselves in facing stress head on.
