In this case, the copper is mined at an open pit copper ore mines, which is relatively simple. First we blasted the copper ore, loaded and transported the raw materials to the primary crushers (PE series Jaw crusher) to be broken into smaller pieces of less than 25 centimeters in diameter. And then the crushed ore was loaded onto a conveyor belt which took it into a hydraulic cone crusher, this is the second crushing. Following is the grinding process; the crushed material was transported by the belt into the storage bin. In the storage bin, we used the ball mills to grind the ore until it was in a fine powder. Then the ore was screened, with the fine sulfide ore (~-0.5 mm) going to froth flotation cells for recovery of copper.

Recalling the time when configured the copper ore production line in Peru, our engineers were struggled to find the most economic programs for the customers funds is limited.
