The day I bought my XBOX 360 was one of the best days of my life. But disks for this console are so expensive and are very susceptible to scratches and can get damaged very easily. So I started wondering if there was a way of copying XBOX 360 games. At first I was sceptical about this because the XBOX 360 uses a very sophisticated security system to recognise copied disks but then my doubts were laid to rest when I was introduced to Game Copy Wizard. Copying XBOX 360 games is surely possible. Game Copy Wizard was born out of a Microsoft release, The security system for XBOX 360 is present on the disk itself and cannot be copied by normal means. But GCW uses a special copy process to also copy the security system as on purchased disks. I wondered how the software got a hold of this technology. They were able to get a hand on this from some of the demo games released by microsoft which could be downloaded and burnt.They extracted the required info and now have a software to pass it on! I was really happy at how easy this made the process of copying XBOX 360 games and how much money I saved by not having to spend on expensive disks or replacing scratched disks. Heres a tutorial how you can go about copying XBOX 360 games yourself! DOWNLOAD and install Game Copy Wizard. Make or download the ISO file of the game you want to copy. Buy a good dvd9-r from Sony preferably. Start the software and select burn ISO mode and select the game ISO file Wait for it to finish burning and pop the disk into your XBOX 360 and play! NOW do you see how easy the process of copying XBOX 360 games is! The best part about this is that your console does not require any form of mods or hardware modchips which void your warranty and could end up frying your console. Its purely software based and will NOT void your warranty or ban you from XBOX live. Yes you heard me right you can play on XBOX live without a hitch. So there you go.
