I find that its really helpful when people have a positive mental attitude, and that it really helps them to get through their surgery and recover well. So be a happy person. Happiness is greatly underestimated when people go through a cosmetic surgery procedure. Be a happy person. Don't be a sad person.

Number Three - Listen to your cosmetic doctor, take his advice, because your doctor knows about the procedure. He will tell you the ins and outs of getting it done. Follow his instructions. These are often in writing. He often has a staff member that will help you with this and teach you about the cosmetic procedure, and help with your after surgery recovery.
