As stated before there are about 50 key units left that represent amazing value and now very much is the time to take advantage. There will still be good value in 2011 but it will be very much in the resale market as the last of the best key ready new apartments that have had substantial discounts are taken from the market. So now is the time to make your move on the Costa del Sol properties front.
