As a young girl, I'm always wondering how to choose my purse. When I was sixteen or seventeen years old, I loved those purse made of PU. I thought they are shiny and fashionable; what's more, purses made of PU are very cheap. PU is something like plastic and the short term of Polyurethane and this kind of material is very cheap; young girls, especially students like items made of PU.

However, items made of PU are easily to be worn out. The purse I bought survived for only 2 months and the zipper didn't work at all. Soon after that I bought another PU purse and this time, the poor purse only survived for 5 weeks.

Now I'm a college student and have given up using PU purses for a long time. At present, I believe a cowhide purse is more durable and of better quality. Most of us don't buy cowhide purses just because they are a little bit expensive. Yes, that's right. We must confess the prices of cowhide purses are not as attractive as those made of PU, but the quality of PU purses is not competitive at all compared with that of cowhide purses!

I have already bought a cowhide purse from an online store. Those online stores are always on a sale in the summer and you can get a very reasonable price for a qualified cowhide purse. I have searched for a long time and find a good online store. In my opinion, it may not be the cheapest online shop but definitely the most cost-effective one.

Here are some tips for you to choose a good cowhide purse:

First, touch the purse. Make sure the purse feels soft. Good cowhide should have very good tactility.

Second, smell it. Don't laugh, it's a must for you to choose good cowhide purse. The good ones have a natural smell of animal skin, without any other chemical smells.

Third, pay attention to the prices. I know most of us love shopping online, but some shops are playing little tricks. They offer very low prices, too low to be true. That's attractive, but you'd better look for another shop with normal prices.
