Creating A Wireless Desktop

We live in an era of technology and therefore we are always looking for ways to make life easier or ways to make things look better

. At home or office (or even a home office) making things look better involves getting rid of chaos. This is where the wireless desktop comes into play. No wires means less clutter and because when using a Bluetooth wireless device in line of sight is not required, you can use a table for optimal space without worry.

There is more to a wireless desktop than you may think, too. You will all realize that you can get a wireless keyboard and mouse. However, wireless technology and Bluetooth in particular stretches further than that. Your cell phone if one recently will probably have Bluetooth technology built into it. Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

This is the first device that you might buy for your wireless desktop. This is the basic starting point and probably the most effective. Keyboard and mouse cables can not be hidden from view because they should be straight in front of you. plus limiting the mouse cable may mean restricting the movement of the mouse. So A wireless keyboard and mouse will give a better desktop search as well as the freedom to move your keyboard where you want. You can have it on your lap or anywhere else within range. Having a wireless mouse will also assist in the game. Most wireless mice are just as responsive as corded and you wont wire obstacle at a crucial time when gaming online.

Wireless Printer

While the wireless printer is not being produced yet. The idea is very much being worked on. Today what you can for your USB printer is connected to two small connecters that plug into your printer and USB ports that connect together like a wireless network. Its almost a USB wireless connection if you like. I doubt that is how it will be explained though. The advantages of a wireless printer and a lack of cables behind your PC can be upgraded as well as coverage you can put your printer in a place where the USB cable would be suitable for traveling. The second advantage is that you connect the printer to a wireless network to share would be easier.

When your computer is likely to be located in different rooms, the last thing you want is the cable to be placed around your home or office is an eyesore. Plus if you want to move your computer anytime, you do not have to re-route the cable connecting your network together.

Security in wireless networks is set by adding a name for your network that all computers on the network must be assigned to connect to, plus then you can add a password to keep unwanted intruders out of your files. Firewall software is also recommended on a wireless connection (and cable) just for added security against unwanted viruses or Adware / Spyware.

Wireless Headphone / Microphone

Wireless headphones are available from many manufacturers. This is really one of the most practical use of wireless technology behind the network. Wireless headphones allow you to freely listen to, play your music or whatever noise you make your PC anywhere in your room without cable restrictions. Even if your cable is long enough they will still be a bit dangerous stretches in the room. And we all know you want to dance around your room listening to your favorite tunes. A set of wireless headphones can save a few pounds on items that are damaged headphone cable youve caught and brought to collapse to the floor:).

Wireless Speaker
