Creating Your Mlm Plan

How specific is your MLM plan? Do you even have a plan for your network marketing business

? It is imperative to remember that network marketing is a business and a good plan should be of high importance in laying a proper foundation for your business.

All of us have met network marketers who are filled with dreams, goals and aspirations. They started multi level marketing business, because they wanted to be free from debt, driving a new car or taking exotic vacations. Sadly, when you ask about their MLM plan they get very quiet. The idea of formulating a business plan seems almost foreign to them. Dreams and goals are a great place to start, because they provide your motivation for being in business in the first place. Unfortunately, without a clear plan to get there, these dreams will go unfulfilled.

So what should your network marketing plan look like? To begin with, it needs to be very specific, definint the actions to be undertaken. The results should be measurable in both quantity and time. For example you may decide that you will:

* Post 3 blog entries per week

* Run 3 ppc ads for a group of 10 keywords for the next 3 months

* Create 2 video marketing pieces per week that are posted

on Youtube

* Present your MLM opportunity to 5 people each week

Whether you are using online or offline advertising, you must be specific. Write your action plan down and refer to it often. Hold yourself accountable to the bullet points of your MLM plan. If you are prone to compromise, have someone else hold you accountable. These are the building blocks of your success and they are too critical to be compromised. A commitment to your MLM plan will keep you doing the activities that are going to grow your business and propel you to your dreams.
