The M.S. Dixie II is the predecessor to the original M.S.Dixie, which first came in 1949. The original; ship was retired in 1993 and replace by advanced ship which continues to follow the originals tradition. This is Tahoe's L;largest peddle wheeling ship, that can carry up to 570 passengers and was originally built in Mississippi
