Tip 1 The first decision that you need to make is what time of year you would like to go on this holiday. It is this that will then decide where you cruise will actually go because at certain times of the year cruises won't take place because it could prove too dangerous for the passengers, crew and ship. For example you won't be able to book a cruise that takes you to places in Alaska during the winter.
Tip 2 Another important decision that you need to make is how long you can go away for. Some companies offer short 4 day cruises whilst other companies offer cruises that last for a month or more. Of course how long you decide to go on the cruise for will also depend on how many places you would like to visit and of course how well you will be able to cope should you suffer from seasickness during the journey.
Tip 3 When it comes to deciding what cruise is going to fit your needs the best thing about what you need to do when you are on board. Of course ideally you want a cruise that actually offers you as many activities as possible. But of course will then still allow you to not participate if you don't feel up to it.
