The procuct ordered from Diyomate are below expectations and not at all as advertised by the company.

The products we ordered were supposed to be different as they advertised as well as different in color, shape and performance.

We ordered black and silver products and received only black. We were simply told "that's what we have in stock"

They were supposed to be able to play YouTube files and they're not. Network connection doesn't work. Media files don't play as advertised by the company and the OSD, (on screen display) is only part English and for the most part Chinese.

No support what so ever from the company. They make it look like it's a large company, but only one person, by the name, Yolanda has dealt with us, even after numerous attempts to try to get to the head manager has proven no success.

Their product may be ok for distribution in China or to people that speak Chinese only and don't really care if the product doesn't do what it supposed to do.

After numerous emails to the company's head office, "Yolanda" we had no success in resolving any issues raised about the products. We were told to wait as their technicians will fix the problems and will contact us. After about 2 months of waiting we tried to get a refund. We were told that a refund will be given, without shipping and bank handling fees, which are enormous, but the we quickly found out that they just kept on saying they will refund but had no intention to do so. Not to mention, in one of their email they mentioned if we want to purchase other models.

We tried to give the units for FREE on ebay, pay only for shipping but were unsuccessful.

The company disgust us to the point where I personally and 4 other members of the staff will go to China to visit them at the Canton Fair in April.
