Whilst in Japan in early 2003, I discovered the work of Dr Masuro Emoto

, and his 'Messages from Water'. This spurred a deep interest in the way in which we can alter water in such a way, that it maximises our health and physiology. To this end I began experimenting with different ways of manipulating water structure. Writing messages on the filters, applying magnets, leaving the filters in direct sunlight, adding mineral solutions and various types of salts. All of these interventions made a vast amount of difference to the way in which the water influenced my health.
