The city of Damascus holds much allure for international tourists due to its architecture, cuisine, culture, and most of all its extensive and fascinating history. Shopping hours - most shopping venues are open from 9.30am to 9pm. However, during the summer months, some shops will close between the hours of 1.30pm and 4.00pm.
