Following will give steps to be taken to prevent dandruff.
1.Mix one or two drops of grape fruit seed extract to your shampoo.
2.Pour apple cider vinegar onto your hair and scalp and wrap your head in a towel. After one hour, remove this and wash hair.
3.Add some drops of tea tree oil to shampoo or use a tea tree oil shampoo.
4.Apply vitamin E oil or Flaxseed oil to the scalp nightly and wash off in the morning.
5.At least twice a week, massage scalp with warm coconut oil for 30 minutes.
6.Make a mixture using equal amount of vinegar and lime juice and massage the scalp using this.
7.Make a paste using amla powder, tulsi leaves and water. Massage this on the scalp. Let it remain for half to one hour and wash the hair with water.
8.Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight and grind it into a fine paste the following morning. Apply this on the scalp for 30 to 45 minutes. Then wash it using a mild shampoo.
9.Make a mixture using coconut oil and lemon juice. Apply this on the hair and massage it deep into the scalp. Carry on this regularly for a few days.
10.Use egg shampoo to wash the hair. You can also make an egg shampoo by beating 2 or 3 eggs and adding a little water in it. Apply this to wet hair and rinse the scalp. Let this remain there for sometime. Then wash it with clean water.
11.Boil neem leaves in water and rinse hair and scalp with this water.
12.Mix some camphor in coconut oil and apply this oil every day on your scalp properly and rinse well.
13.Apply a mixture of lemon juice and sugar on the scalp. Then, for five to six hours expose the hair to the sun's heat and let the juice dry. With a mild shampoo, wash the hair. Even though this may find not easy but this can solve the dandruff problem to a great extent.
