And if that weren't bad enough, the simple act of running the hot water creates steam that evaporates the chemical contents in the water. This process means that there is chlorine in the air that you are breathing while you are bathing or showering if you do not have a water filter installed.

But the good news is that you have options. Although refraining from showering would certainly be an option, it's not necessarily the best one, unless you're looking to spend a lot of time alone.

A water filter is one of the safest and least expensive options available when you want to purify your water and take steps to ensure its cleanliness and quality.
