They are responsible for over two hundred deaths each year, weighing in at seventeen tonnes. The hippo can easily outrun a human, and has been known to launch unprovoked attacks no the boats.

River Nile, Egypt the Nile crocodile, the most dangerous of the croc family, is one of the only crocodiles who view humans as prey and attack thousands of people each year. They can live for up to one hundred years.
