, stress is something that can affect everyone and it usually is something that you cannot control. People can get stressed about everything from work commitments that are very demanding to even simple things like doing the weekly shop and ensuring that you have got everything that you need.
Stress is your bodys way of responding to demands that you have in your life and its important that you learn to deal with it in a positive way instead of allowing it to produce further problems in the future.
Stress can end up affecting you physically, emotionally or even mentally. We put our bodies and minds through stress on a regular basis but it is all about making sure that you react to it well. If you are unable to cope with stress it can lead to mental health issues in later life.
Even people can make you stressed it you have to talk to someone concerning an uncomfortable subject becoming stressed would be a completely natural reaction. Stress isnt always seen as a bad thing though and being stressed about a situation can show that you are passionate about something and can make the outcome a lot more positive as you have really put your all into it. Say you have work to do for school or university, it is normal for you to be stressed out and worry about making sure that you get it all done and complete it before the deadline. This may mean that you put more effort into it as you want to make sure that you do a good job.
There are types of stress that can be bad for you as well though, and these can end up causing you a great deal of problems. It is very important that people know how to deal with the stress that is put upon them and make sure that they deal with it positively so not to cause problems further down the line.
For some people dealing with stress is simple as they find it easy to know what to do when they feel that they are becoming stressed. Others find this very hard to deal with and can end up worrying and panicking.
People have been known to lose sleep when they are stressed and this can affect their everyday life. Whilst they are at work they may take on extra work which they maybe cannot handle and this will end up affecting them even when they are trying to relax.
