Dean Bass Guitars - Do They Get The Credit They Deserve?
I do not believe Dean's get the credit they deserve
. They make sounding guitars with a quality that is astounding and the sound and playability is amazing. Dean Guitars is an American made product that was founded in 1976. The company was founded by Dean Zelinsky in Chicago.
After ten years he sold the company to Oscar Medeiros, who then sold the company to Armadillo Enterprises in the mid 1990's. Armadillo Enterprises still owns the company and Dean's guitars account for most of their sales every year.
Great basses always have great bass players that endorse their products. Eric Bass from Shinedown and Jeff Berlin from Patchwork are two bassists who use Dean Bass Guitars and they both have a signature series with the company. Eric Bass's Signature Hillsboro is certainly a beautiful piece of art. It has a swamp ash top and body, a beautiful rosewood fingerboard, and Dean DMT design single humbucker pickup. It's a beautiful black guitar with black hardware as well. It looks and sounds amazing as every Dean Bass guitar does.
If you do not want an endorsed line of basses, then Dean has got you covered also. Along with the signature series there is also the Edge series, Metal Series, Electric Series, Fretless Series, and the Acoustic Series. They have a large variety of bass guitars that are sure to fit everyone's needs and styles. Dean Guitar's also has an entire line of Lefty's made for the left handed guitarist. The Lefty series has both guitars and basses.
