Deciding Whether Or Not You Should Make The Approach

How many times have you been out somewhere and you saw a woman that you know you

are attracted to and you know that you want to be able to walk on over to her and yet, for some reason you just aren't able to do it. Now you are feeling a mixed bag of emotions because there is a part of you that realizes you are not going to be able to successfully meet and date women if you can't get over whatever it is that is holding you back. You are well aware of the fact that plenty of men seem to feel the same way about approaching a woman they like, but that does not make you feel any better. You want to learn what you are going to have to do to be able to approach a woman and you really want things to change as soon as possible.

Much of the anxiety that guys feel about approaching a woman comes from their need to feel certain that they are going to be able to make a good impression and the reality is, you can't always feel that certainty. Sometimes you just have to push through those uncomfortable feelings and move on with your goal of being able to get to know that woman or risk the fact that she might never appear in your life again. You have to weigh out which one is really going to be worse - her rejecting you or you knowing that you let an opportunity go on by you and you did nothing about it. From my perspective, I know which one is going to be worse for me. It is going to knowing that I probably let an opportunity get on by me and I did nothing at all.

I would much rather risk having a woman reject me than to know that the rejection really came from myself. At least you will know that you tried and you never know when you might just get lucky and have the right chemistry to where the woman you approach wants to spend more time getting to know you. At the end of the day, it's really up to you if you want to be the kind of guy that makes the approach or you are the kind of guy who just lets women walk on by without ever taking the chance to see what might happen if you were to just try and start a conversation or flirt with her.

I used to be the kind of guy who would shy away from approaching a woman I was attracted to and you know what? It was not any fun to be like that at all. What is fun is when you are able to muster up the courage that you need to walk on over and you can strike up a really good conversation with a woman and you end up with a date in your future or you end up with a phone number in your back pocket. That really makes a lot of difference, having the ability to push through the fear and be able to make the approach even when a part of you feels like you just want to back off and you are too shy to do anything at all. I've learned from plenty of guys who were really good with women and you know what I found out? Most of them feel that same fear and the only difference is that they are able to push through it. You can do the same if you choose to or you can be like most men and back off and go home alone without any future opportunities to look forward to. You decide which one is going to be best for you.
