To remove this virus, we can either try a manual removal or use an automatic removal. Manual removals are only to be attempted by IT professionals, because of the small margin for error. What we absolutely don't want is to try a manual removal, delete the wrong registry file, and end up with a PC that doesn't boot up anymore.
